Skills training and strength training for NK athletes will start back up on Monday, June 1st.  All coaches and athletes must follow the guidelines described in the document below.  Times for the strength training are provided on page 3. All athletes will receive information from their coaches for any additional skills training for the summer.

Also, any athlete wishing to participate will need to have a Liability Waiver signed and brought with them on June 1st or whenever they begin participation.  The link below is a pdf of the waiver for parents and/or athletes to print. No athlete will be permitted to participate without this form turned in to their coaches or the athletic office.
